As Vice President of Property Management at NAI Hallmark, Shannon Carper provides strategic leadership to a team of Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers. In this role, she is responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, developing strategic vendor partnerships and advancing growth initiatives for the team to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
Since joining NAI Hallmark in 2022, Shannon has managed a diverse portfolio encompassing office, industrial, and retail properties. She brings extensive experience in overseeing large-scale assets, cultivating strong relationships with both tenants and ownership groups, and ensuring alignment with core values of the organization.
Shannon began her career in property management in Tallahassee, Florida, where she developed a strong foundation and a lasting passion for the commercial real estate industry. With over a decade of experience, she possesses deep expertise in property operations and the intricacies of managing complex commercial assets. Prior to her tenure at NAI Hallmark, she served as a Real Estate Manager with a regional real estate organization, where she further honed her skills in asset oversight and team development.
Shannon resides in St. Johns County with her husband and two daughters. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys traveling with her family and actively participating in the Jacksonville community.
