Rachel E. Wikan

Rachel Wikan is the Vice President and Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region, with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has been with Lincoln Harris collectively for more than 8 years. Although specializing in Medical Office space, she has managed and provided leasing and brokerage services for a diverse mix of commercial properties during her career.
Rachel is responsible for oversight of the Mid-Atlantic Region; consisting of 2.3 million square feet of medical office space throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee; and nearly 3 million square feet of industrial warehouse space in the Nashville Area. The region represents 19 different clients and is supported by a team of 24, that are strategically located throughout the region in 7 offices.
In addition, Rachel has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Florida since 1997 and a licensed Community Association Manager in Florida since 2018. Actively involved with BOMA, she currently serves on the Executive Board of BOMA Jacksonville as the President - Elect and Co-Chair of the Programs, Clay Shoot Tournament and Workforce Development Committees. She also serves on the BOMA Southern Region Board of Directors, BOMA International Workforce Advocacy Committee Co-Vice Chair, and was selected for the BOMA International Leadership Academy in 2023.
