Topic: Surviving to Thriving: Transforming Pressure in the Workplace

Pressure is a part of life. Pressures at work – high expectations, competing demands, and changing realities (and personalities) – can drive us to excel. But, left unchecked, they can easily take a toll on our relationships and well-being. Does pressure nudge us to new levels or push us past the precipice? How do we find the “sweet spot” more deliberately and with greater consistency?

The stakes are high, with employee burnout and turnover central to rising costs. In this presentation, led by Dr. Kal Kseib, we’ll examine the nature of pressure in the workplace, how to better understand it, and, ultimately, how to work with it.
