Rachel E. Wikan

Rachel Wikan is the Vice President and Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region, with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has been with Lincoln Property Company collectively for more than 11 years. Although specializing in Medical Office space, she has managed and provided leasing and brokerage services for a diverse mix of commercial properties during her career.

Rachel is responsible for oversight of the Mid-Atlantic Region; consisting of 2.8 million square feet of medical office space throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia; and nearly 3 million square feet of industrial warehouse space in the Nashville Area. The region represents 18 different clients and is supported by a team of 30, that are strategically located throughout the region in 9 offices.

In addition, Rachel has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Florida since 1997 and a licensed Community Association Manager in Florida since 2018. Actively involved with BOMA, she currently serves as President of BOMA Jacksonville, as well as serving as a Director on the BOMA International Executive Committee, and Chair of the BOMA International Workforce Advocacy Committee.

She is passionate about Workforce Advocacy and Development and enjoys promoting the Commercial Real Estate industry, while working closely with her team and colleagues towards professional growth and development.
